Is the currency converted via real time?
Yes. Our foreign currencies are based on real time conversion.
How long is the product warranty period?
Our products are normally warranted for ONE year, starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Customers are encouraged to keep the receipt as proof of warranty. JSGadget shall not warrant any product without any proof of purchase.
How can I advertise with JSGadget online store?

Shipping
Is shipping included in the prices?
NO, all quoted pricing is not inclusive of shipping cost. (Please note that the shipping cost applies for Singapore and all other COUNTRIES.)
How do I choose my desired courier?
Customer may choose their desired courier upon Checkout of their orders.
If I order products from JSGadget, how would you ship them to me? How much would it cost?
JSGadget currently ships small and medium sized orders by international couriers.
The shipping rates can be previewed inside the JSGadget online shop system - under Rates.
How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.
How long will it take to delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two sections.
Section 1: Processing time. This is when your payment is received and product is readily packed.
Section 2: Shipping time. This is when it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 8-14 days, and express shipping normally takes 6-7 days. For International buyer please kindly consult by emailing us at jsgadget@live.com.sg for more information.
Returns
Can I return or exchange the product that I bought from JSGadget?
All products – once sold, are non exchangeable and non-returnable, only with the exception of the followings:
(i) Product is found to be faulty. Customer is to bring back the product with full packaging contents for exchange within 7 days from date of purchase.
(ii) Refunds, if necessary, will be given at the discretion of JSGadget management. |
